As a Canadian citizen, I am writing this from China, while the whole Canada is getting close to the big election day on April 28 this year to determine who will be the real Prime Minister leading Canada and the world into a bright future.
Let me introduce myself. I was born in China in 1963. I received higher education and worked in China from 1981 to 1988. In 1988, I came to Canada pursue my graduate study and obtained a Ph.D. in Electrochemistry in 1994. In the same year I became a Canadian citizen.
In early 2018, due to a work-related accident at a solar energy company in the province of BC, my middle finger, ring finger and little finger on my right hand were severely injured, forcing me to stop working. During my recovery period, I began to rethink the second half of my life.
By the end of 2019, which was also the time when the COVID-19 pandemic began to rage, I was fortunate enough to meet a native Canadian inventor, Richard Charles Nelson, marking a significant turning point in my life.
His major invention, “SolaRoof”, was a refreshing revelation to me and provided answers to many of the puzzles I had encountered during my time at the solar energy company where I had a work-related accident. As a result, I co-founded “PyraPOD Global Inc” with him in 2020 and spent a year learning from him, understanding his holistic and ecological technology concepts. Based on his original six patented inventions, we collaborated to design a series of “PyraPOD” products for Closed Controlled Eco Environment (CCEE) applications.
During the blood and tear process of developing new products in Canada, I realized that Canada is not a good place for manufacture startup anymore. Everything is so expensive. This forces me to come to China many times, and that is why I am writing this letter from China.
In fact, the first time I had comprehended his thoughts about nature and human development, especially many of his inventions, I realized that his inventions are what we need today the most. I was shocked and even angry to find that his inventions have been totally ignored by our own government of Canada.
Regarding the technical aspects of Richard’s inventions, I will not elaborate here. Instead, I will attach RichardCharlesNelsonResume2025 to this letter for your reference and review. He lives in a small town near Montreal, I hope that you two could meet each other and talk. Then you will know he is such a treasure in Canada, as well as in the world.
What I want to say is that it is not an accident that I met Richard, a unique and prolific inventor, at a time when Canada and the world need wisdom and rationality to work for peace and prosperity, rather than confrontational fights. His overall ecological energy-saving concept and inventions are exactly what humanity needs the most.
Richard and I are well aware that if any country (we hope it will be Canada), is willing to humble herself and give this series of ecological and energy-saving inventions a chance to take root, blossom and bear fruit, that country will be remembered and honored by all humanity. His inventions are so good that the whole world needs to take their attention away from what the President of the US is doing.
Richard and I believe that through what we are doing and the recognition and support of the next real Prime Minister of Canada, we will surely lead this world and humanity out of the vortex of all kinds of conflicts and wars, and into a beautiful realm of shared wealth and harmony. For this reason, and also for the fact I cannot vote in Canada, I cast my vote to whoever is willing to talk to us.
Yours truly, a trustworthy Canadian,
Aubrey Jun Zhang, Ph.D. of Electrochemistry
CEO of PyraPOD Global Inc.
