This is the same size that was meant to build in Calgary but now switched to a farmland North of Edmonton that Angus Dixon purchased. Unlike the Montreal’s quick project, this one requires digging (to create the basement effect), gravel backfill (quick drain for rain water), platform building (using 2×6 wood).
